October 23, 2009 - Class tailgate at Ashbrook
vs. Forestview game (Game at Ashbrook). Tailgating will begin at 5:30 pm in the parking lot near the tennis courts.
We have reserved seating at the game, but you have to get tickets on your own. There will be a lot of people at the
game, so if you can get your tickets early that would be best. Tickets will be on sale from the Ashbrook front office
on the 23rd.
October 24,
2009 - Tour of Ashbrook 10:30 am; we will meet in the front parking lot at the entrance by the auditorium.
Meal by Kyle Fletchers BBQ followed by dance with DJ playing a mix of your
favorite 80’s music along and other great favorites. We will have a bonfire as well! BYOB
Dress:
Casual & warm; the barn has heat and there will be a bonfire to help warm things up as well!
Price:
$20 per person (plus $1 PayPal processing charge); tickets can be purchased at the door, however, we need as many as possible
to purchase tickets ahead of time, so we can give Kyle Fletcher's an accurate headcount.
